What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Please email us at help@parabo.press to inform us of the damage or defect. If your order is damaged, we will require the following:

  1. A clear photo of the entire outer packaging, even if the package does not appear damaged.

  2. A clear photo showing the entirety of the inner packaging (tube, pouch, fascia board, etc.)

  3. Photos of all damaged products. Please include the entire product in the photo, not just a portion of the product.

Then, let us know if you prefer a replacement or a refund. We'll be happy to help you out!
